Three mission types keep things fresh without being overwhelming. Daily resets every morning. Weekly and monthly build toward bigger wins.

Device syncs on wake
Each morning the device pulls your personalized missions from the server. If there's no WiFi, it uses the cached set from yesterday.

Swipe to browse missions
Swipe up or left from the home screen. Tap Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Scroll the list. Tap any mission to read the full detail.

Hold to complete
Hold the mission card to mark it done. XP earned is shown immediately and synced back to the server. Streaks build over time.
The Levels
Meet you where you are.
Four levels, four different paces. Your level isn't a rank — it's a snapshot of where you are right now, and it can change. Tap a card for details.
Picking Your Level
Start where you actually are.
Your level is set by Lexi based on what feels manageable for you right now — not your ceiling, not your best day. It can change anytime.
Levels aren't permanent. Someone going through chemo, burnout, or a hard season can drop to Seedling and move back up later — without any sense of failure.
XP + Levels
Every mission moves you forward.
Complete missions, earn XP, unlock levels. Each tier reflects real growth — not just a number on a screen.
Device UI
Gesture-native navigation.
The round 466×466 AMOLED screen is entirely gesture-driven. Two swipe directions, each giving a different view of your missions.

Manage everything from the web.
A full admin interface for building the mission library, managing users, pairing devices, and watching progress.
Mission Library
Add, edit, and tag missions. Bulk import via CSV. Filter by type and profile tag.
User Profiles
Create users with profile tags. Server matches mission tags to user tags automatically.
Device Pairing
Devices register on first boot. Claim them from the web UI — no reflashing needed.
Progress & XP
Track completions, XP totals, and streaks across all users. Full history log.

ESP32-S3 — Waveshare AMOLED
466×466 round AMOLED, touch, WiFi, BLE 5, USB-C. PlatformIO + C++ firmware with LVGL for the UI.
Flask API — EC2
Mission assignment, device registration, completion tracking. JSON files — no database needed.
LittleFS + NVS + RTC
Missions cached on-device. Device ID in NVS. RTC handles offline daily/weekly/monthly resets.
